Beginner guide
Five survivors, one killer. The map has eight generators. Repair five and the exits can open. This page is the match. Installing Roblox is the play page.

Research notes
These notes summarize community wiki documentation, not recorded first-match experience or in-game timing tests. The Skill checks page estimates a check about every nine seconds during repairs or teammate healing. For generators, it lists a great check as adding two charges and estimates a miss at a ten-charge penalty. Those generator values should not be applied to healing: the page leaves healing rewards and penalties unspecified.
The survivor loop
Healthy means 2 HP; Injured means 1 HP. A damaging hit while injured puts you in Dying, after which the killer can carry and hook you. Teammates can heal each other to gain one health state. The Healing page lists 22.4 seconds under its five-survivor heading; this is not a two-state self-heal. Its timing table does not establish whether deaths change healing speed during a round.
The third hook stage sacrifices you. There is an important exception: being hooked during Last Man Standing sacrifices you regardless of your previous hook stage. The community wiki lists blood loss of about 0.32% per second while dying and 0.64% while hooked. When the killer stays nearby, anti-camp can fill and make a self-unhook attempt succeed with 100% chance; it does not automatically unhook you. The page lists about 22.2 seconds to fill, starting about 8.8 seconds after the hooked UI appears. These are community figures, not a guaranteed rescue countdown.
Generator requirements depend on the survivor count when the round starts, not on how many remain alive later. For a round starting with five survivors, the wiki lists about 112.77 seconds for one person repairing one generator and estimates 110 charges. Two, three, or four simultaneous repairers take about 66.36, 48.14, or 39.6 seconds respectively. Teamwork has an efficiency penalty, so repair speed does not multiply directly by the number of repairers. Completing five of the eight generators powers the exit gates; survivors must still open a gate to escape.
Your first killer game
Sin, shown as a red skull, affects your chance of being killer next round; the red-skull page explains it separately. On PC, the community Controls page lists Space as the situational action for picking up a downed survivor and hooking a carried survivor. R drops a survivor you are carrying. M1 is the main function, not the documented pickup key. The cited layout does not list a reload binding; that is a documentation limit, not proof about every ability or platform.

Questions
How many generators do I need?
Five, out of eight on the map.
How many times can I be hooked?
The third hook stage sacrifices you. During Last Man Standing, a hook sacrifices you regardless of your earlier hook stages.
What is the red skull at the top of the screen?
Sin. It is the chance you are killer next round. It is not your health.
