There is no official Violence District tier list. The published killer page compares older community ratings with early Butcher reactions. Perk and item recommendations are on their topic pages; dedicated perk and item ladders are not yet published.

Research notes

The sources disagree and most predate The Butcher. The July article and an older Reddit post are historical opinions, not a current-patch test. A separate Butcher thread supplies early feedback only. This guide keeps those limits visible rather than averaging opinions into an invented win rate.

What each board answers

The killer board answers “who should I play.” The perk board answers “what do I equip.” The best-killer page answers “who is best for my situation,” which is not the same question as a ladder. Item strength is called out on the items page, where Bandage is the community favorite and Flashlight is the one people overrate.

  • Killers: one Reddit thread favors Abysswalker and the free Slasher, while opinions on Veil disagree. Cure uses infection and zombies; the wiki names pallet stuns and Twist of Fate as zombie counters, but killing a zombie also applies Pestilence and notifies Cure. Early Butcher feedback is not a consensus ranking.
  • Perks: survivor names that keep coming up are Flowstate, Heads Up, Second Wind, Grab My Hand, Group Project, and Eyes of Heaven. Killer names are Containment, Predator, Offscreen Scare, King’s Scourge, and Touch of Death.
  • Items: one cited item-rating thread favors Bandage and calls Shadow Clone predictable. This is an individual opinion, not evidence of playtime, pick rates or a current-patch consensus. The community item page lists Bandage at 3,500 Screws.

Is there an official Violence District tier list?

No. Rankings here are community threads and a July 2026 article, labeled with their dates.

Who is S tier after the Butcher patch?

There is no consensus that includes Butcher. See the killer board. Butcher’s own thread called the kit mid on day one.

Where is the perk tier list?

Named perks and why they show up are on the perks pages. A single S-to-D perk ladder is not published here because the sample is small.
