How to get a crosshair
There is no crosshair in Violence District. Twist of Fate says so on the item page: no sight, only a small zoom while you hold aim. Anything that draws a dot is outside the game.

Research notes
The cited pistol guide describes a zoomed aim view without an in-game reticle. Left click fires. You cannot run while you aim. Four shots in ten click on an empty chamber and you lose a health state, so a dot does not make the gun reliable. It only tells you where the center of the screen is. A settings video walks through Crosshair V2 on PC, from Epic or Steam, and on iPhone it uses the built-in Voice Control numbered grid set to two rows and two columns. The numbers stay on screen. That is the downside the narrator points out. Android is not given a method in that video, so I am not inventing one.
External tools are not game settings
The settings video at approximately 3:20–4:20 demonstrates an external overlay, not a built-in feature. This guide has not verified Roblox or developer approval for a particular overlay application. Do not treat this historical demonstration as a safety or account-policy guarantee, and do not install scripts or modified clients.
What you are overlaying
Crosshair V2 is a separate app. It is not a Roblox setting and not a file you drop into the game. An overlay can violate Roblox’s rules even when the app itself is a normal store download. I cannot cite an official Roblox sentence about this specific tool. Use it at your own risk. This page does not link a mod file, a script, or a “free crosshair injector.” If a page asks you to run one of those, close it.
The iPhone path from the same video is Settings, Accessibility, Voice Control, Overlay, Numbered Grid, then set rows and columns to 2. The grid is an accessibility feature. The digits remain visible, which is why it is a clumsy sight.
The gun, so the dot has a job
Twist of Fate costs 7,500 Screws. It fires 60% of the time. The first two real shots slow the target by about 10% and 20%. The third stuns for 2–3 seconds. A click drops one of your health states. Aim does not remove the click. If you only wanted a reliable item, Bandage is the one the item thread still recommends.
