Research notes
The Stalker, nicknamed Myers, costs 7,500 Screws in the community wiki. The 12 September 2025 rework removed the old three-stage stalk progression, not the charging mechanic itself. Holding Stalk still fills the Evil's Grasp gauge from visible survivors, faster at close range. Landing the grab changes the killer from an Undetectable 110% stalk mode to a visible 120% hunt mode.
Kit
Stalk was reworked on 12 Sep 2025. The three-stage stalk was removed.
The wiki associates these personal perks with this killer: Predator / Eternal Torment / Play With Your Food. Exact unlock levels and cross-killer availability were not confirmed in the cited text; check the current in-game menu before planning a purchase.
Stalk into Evil's Grasp
Start in stalk mode with Undetectable, 110% movement, and no intent radius. Hold Stalk on visible survivors until the gauge is full; this makes one Evil's Grasp use available. A successful lunging grab slams the target, applies 40 seconds of Anti-Heal, and begins a 70-second hunt state.
Hunt removes Undetectable, raises movement to 120% and the radius to 90 studs, and speeds vaulting and obstacle destruction. The 24 October patch gives back 20 seconds of ability duration when a survivor is chained during hunt; older skill text still says 10 seconds for spiking. Use the later patch rather than adding both extensions. That patch also raises grab speed to 27 studs per second.
Play With Your Food stores up to three tokens. The 17 January patch specifies 2/3/4% movement per token by perk tier; the main perk paragraph has incomplete numeric placeholders. Tokens come from letting a chased survivor escape, not from an imported obsession system.
- Suggested loop: approach without a radius, keep a visible target in Stalk long enough to fill the gauge, then line up the grab.
- After landing Evil's Grasp, use hunt's faster movement and actions to convert the encounter into a down and spike.
- If a chase ends, use Predator's reveal and any earned speed token to choose a new approach. Return to charging after hunt expires.
Build notes
Suggested loadout: Predator + Play With Your Food + Containment, subject to the current perk menu. Predator reveals survivors who escape a chase, while Play With Your Food earns speed tokens when you let a chased survivor escape; together they support reacquiring that target with extra movement. Containment accelerates a window vault and blocks the window for survivors while leaving it usable by you. Avoid wasting attacks if you want to preserve speed: basic attacks and damaging special attacks consume a token, including Evil's Grasp. Replace Containment with Eternal Torment if frequent stuns are the obstacle, making the stunner temporarily Vulnerable. The cited text describes chase-escape tokens without specifying an obsession target; these are editorial tactics, not a tested best build.
How survivors answer it
Break sightlines while Stalk is charging; closer visible survivors fill its gauge faster. A zero intent radius is not total silence: the May 2026 patch added breathing sounds. Watch the grab approach rather than relying on Parrying Dagger, which the wiki says cannot block Evil's Grasp. A landed grab applies Anti-Heal for 40 seconds and starts the faster hunt state. Avoid giving easy spikes during hunt, since they extend its duration. The old tier-3 state is gone, but the current grab gauge is real.
